these festive and colorful votives are the perfect addition to a party or fiesta! they are by geraldine gonzalez and sourced through john derian. each one is a handmade piece of art and comes alive with candle light dancing within. hope you will check out the other miscellaneous items that this website features.

watch out j.crew, banana republic and so many other selling cute punchy jewels like these stelladot.com has got some fun pieces at great price points!!
what a great "green" project to give this piece a new life in your home. this inspiration is via eddie ross' blog. he is an innovative designer who's talents were shown on Top Design. check out his blog for step by step instructions on how best to tackle this project with success. i have seen many secretaries like this in antique malls that are just crying out for a little makeover. what a great looking mail center and perfect for staying organized!
this is some of the best tea from harney & son not only b/c of the delicious flavors but the precious tins they come in. i usually find these at my local starbucks but i have seen them in many high end groceries and specialty tea shops. i would like to recommend the winter white earl grey flavor for this chilly morning during texas' probably last cold snap!

these amazing finds are from metrosofa. these antique tradish frames are made modern and fresh with a coat of paint or just new fabrics! check out their site for more treasures or inspiration for your own little makeover.
love how this one looks like lots of striped grosgrain ribbon all sewn together!
love this green fabric scheme from domino mag and these farrow and ballow paint schemes featured on coco+kelley. design concept boards are a great way to get a fresh take on a room and an easy way to get comfortable working with a designer. many designers will be happy to give a one time consulting concept board to jump start your project!
